Qualitative data in surveys, reports and interviews

The flexibility of the survey questionnaires in our system recommends them as tools for qualitative data gathering. Surveys can be deployed automatically (e.g. on public access computers or via e-mail), but can also be used for in-person interviews, both online and offline. The results are gathered in a structured format, which facilitates in-depth qualitative analysis of the answers.

The Qualitative analysis engine can be used to analyze any set of answers, be it from surveys or reports, run either anonymously or targeted to known individuals. The automation of the qualitative analysis process makes it possibly to efficiently analyze massive amounts of data, while margins for errors are greatly reduced by easily identifying deviations.
